SOC is the youth ministry within Divine Empowerment Centre Church (DECC) which seeks to reach out to revolutionalize youth within the power plus love of God bearing in mind that the youth are energetic and an active group of people.

Our intention therefore is to challenge them to re-channel this energy, passion and resources into seeking and serving the Lord.

“Remember now thy creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them” Eccl 12:1

For youths to stay relevant today, they must have the following Ps;

  3. Prayer fire
  4. Perseverance

    Minister. Janet Peace Amulen is the head of SOC at DECC. She is an addict of Jesus Christ. With an unchequeable thirst and longing for God’s presence. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management ( KYU) and Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation(UMI).
