This is the development arm of DECC that deals with planning, budgeting and putting up physical infrastructure in church. It also facilitates the acquisition of property for church/ministry in addition to spearheading the mobilization of resource and funds for development.

Deaconness. Mrs. Benna Cathy Osira.
She is the head of Development and Projects at DECC. She is a God loving, faithful and addicted follower of Jesus Christ. She is married to Mr. Moses Osira and they are blessed with 2 children. She is a Social worker and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (MUK).
